Return Policy

 

Replacement/ Refund Policy:

 

We do not accept product returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. Within 24 hours of receiving and accepting the product, you must notify us of any defects or complaints by sending an email or calling our call centre. We are committed to complete customer satisfaction, and any product that is damaged as a result of shipping or a manufacturing defect can be replaced or refunded. Our customer service team will carefully consider refund requests.

 

We take extra precautions to ensure that the items we deliver to you are in perfect working order. However, there is a remote possibility that:

    the item may be damaged during transit

    or there might be a manufacturing defect

    or that a wrong item is delivered to you

 


Only in the cases listed above will we replace the item at no additional cost or refund the entire amount, provided that the replacement/return request is made within 5 days of receiving the package. Except for the reasons stated above, no returns or replacements will be accepted after the order has been processed.

 

To request a refund or replacement, send an email to care@keskofoods.com with your Order Number and the replacement/refund reason. We will not be held liable for any items sent to us for return or replacement that have not been confirmed by us.

If the replacement item is not available, we will try to offer the best alternatives to the customer, but the customer's decision will be final.

If the customer has paid, the customer will receive a full refund if the product is not available or is not shipped.
